This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with DeDesBookRack.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes—if your order has not been processed or shipped yet. We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email help@dedesbookrack.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The name and email used for the order
  • A clear request to cancel (full or partial)

If the Order Already Shipped

If the order has shipped or is already in transit, we cannot cancel it. Once delivered, you can request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Timing

If a cancellation is approved after payment was captured, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
